Wide Delivery
Please note that our warehouse is located in Melbourne and all products
going Interstate or Rural Victoria are sent through our courier
network. We cannot offer same day
delivery for these items. Please expect the following
delivery delays:

These timetables are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations
and experience.
-Melbourne
Delivery
We deliver 7 days a week throughout Melbourne. We offer a same day
delivery service although we only deliver to a limited number of
Melbourne suburbs on Tuesday. The suburbs we do not visit on Tuesday
are marked with an Asterix. Orders must be in before 11am to qualify
for the same day delivery service. If no one is home to collect
the item, a calling card is left stating that delivery will be made
the next appropriate day. You can send us an email
requesting an estimated delivery time to ensure that someone
is home. Only two calls are made to each home after that the item
will need to be collected from the post office or our office.

Day Delivery to Melbourne
Being located in Melbourne allows us to offer a
same day Melbourne delivery service. All orders for same day Melbourne
delivery are required to be received before 11am. Please Note: Some
smaller items are not available for Same Day Melbourne delivery.
These items are packed in boxes and delivered through the Post.
