Delivery
We deliver 7 days a week throughout Melbourne, including Sundays.
We offer a free same day delivery service for orders over
$70. If no-one is home to collect the item,
we will contact the recipient to organise a suitable time
for re-delivery. During this conversation we do not disclose
the nature of the item being delivered. Only one call is
made to each home on our free delivery service. Deliveries between 9-5pm unless prior arrangements are made. The second
trip will incur a $10 delivery fee, although it is very rare
should we need to make 2 trips.
Deliveries to Apartments
If you are sending flowers to an apartment in Melbourne, it is best to speak with the recipient to see their whereabouts on the day. We do not recommend sending flowers to an apartment if the person will be at work. Unless you know the apartment building has an office or lobby the flowers can be left at.

Being located in Melbourne allows us to offer
a free same day Melbourne delivery service. All orders for
same day free Melbourne delivery are required to be received before

Flower Delivery to Hospitals in Melbourne
We deliver fresh flowers to most major Melbourne hospitals 7 days a week.
To place an order for delivery to a hospital please select
the product you wish to order, add it to your shopping basket
and then checkout, like you would with a normal order. We
have collated a list of some of the major hospitals
in Melbourne
here. If you have any further delivery information such as the ward and room number of the patient, please add this information in the 'additional delivery instructions' box when you checkout. This will help the courier deliver directly to the recipients ward. If no ward/room details are given, the courier will ask the main reception desk for instructions, and go from there.
