My parents were overwhelmed upon sight of the wonderful arrangement of
roses you delivered to the Knox Club in Wantirna today to their Golden
Wedding Anniversary, together with the nice little card. As a sepcial
thank you, I would appreciate if you could deduct an extra 25$ from my
credit card and split them somehow between the girls who arranged the
flowers so beautifully and the driver who delivered them.

The flowers delivered were beautiful!!
I use online florists regularly and decided to give your Company a go -
however I was very disappointed as I had requested MORNING delivery if
possible - but
the flowers were only delivered at 2:50pm with the explanation (to my
mother at the time of delivery) that there were no couriers available.
I was so pleased with the bouquet that you delivered to my mother for her birthday. It was excellent value. The orchids were beautiful and I will be sure to use your service again if I need a flower order.
