Ordering more than 1 Item

When ordering more than 1 item the delivery fee will display (TBA) in this event we will contact you with a revised delivery fee. Multiple products going to Melbourne only incur a single delivery fee. If the cost of the items is over $70 the items come with free delivery. Top

Return Policy

Most flowers will last between 4-6 days. In the event that you are not satisfied with your product we do offer a return policy although we will need to collect the original item. Please contact us within 4 days if you wish to do so. Top

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is free for all our items.

We have chosen to display the items that are the most popular with customers. Occasionally we introduce new lines so be sure to check in every so often. Top

Do you have a Newsletter?

Yes we do. You can be updated when new stock arrives and get the lastest info right to your mailbox. You can register by visiting our homepage and scrolling down the left hand side. Top

Tracking your product

If you wish to get an update of your items location, please send us an email here with your reference number and we will contact the courier and then reply with an update. You can also view the status of your order (Pending, Order Received or Shipped) by logging to the 'My Account' Section. Delivery for Same Day Melbourne items are completed before 5pm. Top
